What the score actually measures

The SEO Analyzer fetches the page you enter and runs 30 checks across six weighted categories that mirror how Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google's own SEO Starter Guideframe on-page quality — and every point is visible, explained, and fixable:

  • Indexing & reach (23 pts): noindex directives, canonical tag, HTTPS, readable URL, internal links.
  • Search appearance (18 pts): title and meta description presence, pixel-aware length, Open Graph and Twitter cards.
  • Content & structure (21 pts): one H1, subheadings, content substance, image alt text, lang attribute, anchor-text quality.
  • Mobile & performance (15 pts): viewport tag, document weight, image dimensions (layout-shift risk), render-blocking scripts.
  • Head & machine data (14 pts): charset, favicon, parseable JSON-LD structured data, og:image, og:type/og:url.
  • Links & safety (9 pts):rel="noopener" on external tabs, mixed http/https content.

Titles are measured in pixels, not characters — so a Chinese, Arabic, or emoji-heavy title is scored by how much of it Google really shows, the same as everywhere else on earth. Word counting uses the browser's own text segmentation, which works for every script.

Why some scores get a red "fix first" banner

Four findings cap the score at 65 no matter how pretty the rest is: a noindex tag, a missing title, a missing viewport, mixed content, or an http URL. These are stop-the-page problems — Google either can't show the page or marks it unsafe — and every major audit tool treats them the same way.

What it deliberately does not claim

No tool can measure backlinks, keyword rankings, or real-visitor Core Web Vitals from a single page of HTML in your browser — tools that print those numbers from a URL box are guessing. Privacy

Scoring runs entirely in your browser on HTML fetched straight from the target — no SEOKit24 server ever sees it. Sites that block browser fetches (most do, via CORS) can be retried through the opt-in first-party relay on this domain, which sees only the URL and keeps nothing.
